About me
My name is Jessica Brandon. My husband and I have three children- ages 8, 5, and almost 2. I have always been fascinated with human behavior and the motivations behind why we do what we do. I have my B.A. in Psychology with a Minor in Human Development and Family Studies. I have a Masters in Christian Ministry where I focused on Marriage and Family. I have always been passionate about generational healing and pursuing healthy relationship. I began my career as a Psychology and Sociology Tutor at Auburn University. Shortly after, I was on staff at our church as a Worship Leader and Director of Young Adults. After I had our second child, I spent four years as a stay at home mom. During the end of that season, I became a Certified Parent Coach through Connected Families. I am currently enrolled in KYLO University learning about healthy relationships with God, myself, and others. Over the course of the past 15 years I have honed my skills as a teacher, learner of human development, relational enthusiast, leader, and parent. I would love to be on your team; empowering you and supporting your specific parenting challenges.
My Approach
I am very relational and will be diligent to meet you where you are at in your parenting journey. I can laugh alongside you and I can hold space for the hurt and the hard. My approach is informed by the Bible, brain science/development, child psychology, attachment theory, and more. I will coach you through the Connected Families framework below.
