Meet Jessica

First and foremost, I am a mom to three energetic kiddos. If you've ever felt exhausted and overwhelmed as a parent, I can relate! Early in my parenting journey I STRUGGLED in my relationship with my strong-willed daughter. All the parenting strategies I knew led to power struggles, big tantrums, yelling, anger, and ultimately, disconnection with my child. When I found Connected Families, I finally had the tools to forge new pathways of connection and peace in my family. As a certified Connected Families Parent Coach, I would love to help you experience true transformation as you navigate the ups and downs of parenting.

"The Consult"

Start here! This option includes a free 15 minute phone consultation. I will ask some questions to guide us to discover if this is the right fit for you.

"The Quick Start"

This option includes a free 30 minute introduction to the coaching framework with questions and answers at the end.

"The Starter"

This option is for parents/grandparents looking to learn and grow side-by-side over the course of five one hour sessions. These sessions will occur every 2-3 weeks.

"The Independent"

This discounted option is for single parents looking to learn and grow over the course of five one hour sessions. These sessions will occur every 2-3 weeks.

"The Solo"

This option is for clients who have already completed the 5 session package and would like to check in for an application session.

"The Collaborator"

This option is a collaborative process to determine how I can partner with and train leaders in your organization/ministry/group.
